.:Look:. Alice is a young woman of average height. She has dark brown hair that reaches the middle of her back. Her hair has a slight wave to it, making it look messy at times, even if she just brushed it. She prefers to leave it down, but will pull it up if she gets too annoyed by it. Her eyes are light blue, giving her a piercing glare that comes in handy when she tries to intimidate someone. Her fair skin has a dusting of freckles across her nose and cheeks, something she's disliked about her appearance since childhood. The skin on the palms of her hands are rough from living outdoors as an outlaw, and it bothers her at times.
Alice has a weakness for nice dresses. Whenever she has some extra money, she has the local seamstress make her a new one. She has several in her collection, some nice enough to belong to the Princess Isabel herself. However, when she's hunting, she wears a chain-mail shirt and leather corset over her dress to protect herself, and a leather armgard on her left hand. She is never without her longbow and quiver strung over her right shoulder, always within reach in case of a fight.

.:Basic Personality:. Alice is generally a kind-hearted girl, but don't expect it to help you if you become a victim in one of her hold-ups. She is mild-tempered for the most part, but if you push her too far, she will snap at you. She is brave, but even-headed. She isn't one to take unnecissicary risks if she can avoid it. She loves being outdoors and climbing trees. She is a romantic, and has a huge soft spot for love stories. She wishes to someday fall in love and get married. Unfortunately, with her current profession, she hasn't had many chances to meet any young men.

.:Birthplace:. Nottingham Village
.:Family:. Lilly Fletcher: Mother
Nathan Fletcher: Father
Nicholas Fletcher: Brother
.:History:. Alice was born in Nottingham village in 1174 to the village Fletcher and his wife. Her family was common, not rich, but not poor either. Her father taught Alice to use a bow at a young age, and it became something she enjoyed doing, practicing for hours on end. She developed a love of the outdoors, often going with her father on his trips to find more feathers for his arrows. Her favorite thing to do was to climb trees, an unladylike habit that her mother constantly tried -and failed- to wean out of her. Alice's brother, Nicholas, was born when she was twelve. They became very close to each other, Nicholas almost constantly following Alice around wherever she went. She didn't mind at all, though. She loved her little brother.
When Prince John took over the throne of England, her family's prosperity began to dwindle into poverty. People, unable to hunt freely anymore, were not needing her father's services and eventually, the money almost completely stopped coming all together. One night, Alice, after seeing her family go to bed hungry one too many times, snuck out of the house, taking with her a bow that her father had made especially for her, his prized creation. She went out and hunted down a small deer, hoping that she wouldn't be caught poaching. She spent the rest of the night dragged the deer home, happy that her family would be able to eat that morning.
Unfortunately for her, she was caught by a soldier before she got home. When the soldier attempted to capture her and take her to the Sheriff, she pulled out one of her arrows, stabbed him in the thigh with it and ran. She hid in the woods for three days before returning home. At her parents' urging, she packed a few belongings and ran. She now lives in Sherwood Forest as an outlaw, robbing anyone unfortunate enough to cross her path. She takes the money, giving some to her family, spending some of it and hiding the rest in a location that only she knows about. However, she does not kill. She leaves her victims unconcious on the side of the road with a black raven feather tucked into their hair, giving her the nickname "The Raven".
