.:Name of Character:. Shauna O`Sullivan .:Alias:. Shaun, Sullivan,
.:Birth Date:.Winter 1966 .:Age In 1192:.27
.:Look:.Miss O`Sullivan is a pale black irish beauty. Light blue eyes to compliment the harsh blackness of her hair. The hair seems to fall in loose curls or waves, not completely straight nor completely curly. But this to some young women would be considered a nuisance, but to Shauna, its just something that needs to put up. As a black smiths daughter, and a blacksmith herself, one can not have hair flying into their face while dealing with hot metal liquid. Cloths on the other hand Shauna adores having lots of,but another thing not good to wear in the shop. So fancy dresses and elegant robes are left for special occasions with high class families who pay for her fathers fine work. But even in a dazzling dress, Shauna knows how to kept comfortable and respectable even with a desirable body like her own.
.:Height:.5`7 .:Portrayed by:. Liv Tyler
.:Basic Personality:. The amount of words needed to describe Shauna’s complex personality is endless. So let’s just do a brief summary shall we. So basically, don`t mess with her stuff, or she`ll kill you, more or less. Don`t look at her chest instead of her face, she`ll make it so you can`t have children. Any attempts to put her ass in a dress without her consent with end up in bloody faces and bruises. So rounded all up ,don`t screw with miss Shauna O`Sullivan. Shauna prefers not to be treated like a lady.
That is more or less how the average person perceives her. On the outside she looks like some lonely villager with a bad attitude to those who deserve it and always has a knife on her. But underneath all the rugged is a decent girl who likes having a good time. Shauna’s a strong blacksmith with many allies, has a pretty good sense of humour , and likes chatting with the boys. What guy doesn`t love a girl who can and will do all the same activities as you. Hunting, riding, kicking the crap out of soldiers who can`t seem to mind their own business and watching a silly villager get a tomato thrown at their face. Now that’s a cool chick, you don`t find girls like that in court. .:Accents:. Irish
.:Alliance:.Herself.Her Family. .:Rank:. Blacksmith .: Special Skills:.-sword making .:Weapon Training:. -excellent swordsmen -superb rider -perfect marksmen for dagger throwing
.:Birthplace:.Dublin,Ireland .:Family:.Keriann O`Sullivan (father) Siobhan Murphy (mother) .:History:. Born and raised in a place not really meant for a child. Ireland was full of people ,and animals and sickness. But a child been born is always a happy time ,but not for this family. Kerians wife passed away in the birth, the labor was too intense for the small and frail irish woman. The pregnancy was always so painful for her,but Siobhan wanted life for her child,a better life then she ever had. So Keirans wife's dying wish was to take her child from this country and into a something better.
So off he fled with a baby,a couple swords,an old horse and a bag of coins ,off to England to start a new life. A lot of his friends from the village, left for England, saying it was a prosperous country just beyond the channel. But once they arrived ,if real was no better. It took a couple of years before finally settling down in a town .Some towns were`t exactly in need of a blacksmith, some had too many already with too many mouths to feed .But this town stood out,it seemed larger then the rest, and it seemed promising. The O`Sullivians started their life again Birmingham, where a successful blacksmith was once again being successful.
Shauna's child hood years after that were great. Not many friends for a girl who would rather play in the mud then sew a patch. But that never really bothered her, with Shauna`s creative imagination, who needed real friends anyway. She was always curious of the relationship between mother and daughter, but never envied it. As much as she missed the woman who brought her into this world,it was somethings she had learned to live without. Her father was trying his best, and that was all she`d ever known.
At the age of 7 out come the sword, well a wooden one ,but a sword none the less.Eventually it graduated from a wooden one to a real one,and eventually progressing in the making of them.Kerian was passing on his families trade to his only child. Being a blacksmith was all her father ever knew and his father before him. Kerian didn`t have a son to pass this on to,but he daughter would do just the same. Days became longer for poor Shauna as actually making a horse shoes became harder then it looked. No swords for her yet, everyone has to start somewhere. But it seemed ,only after a couple of months at the age of 14,that making a sword was just in her grasp when he hired a sewing teacher instead. As much has she hated the lessons,it was to teach his active daughter, patience. Because you can`t be all nasty when making a sword, its not just the sword that could be at risk but your hands too.
It wash`t before long that the family tradition was passed along and the business between father and daughter flourish. Shauna would get a little extra change to spend at the market on nice cloths ,when she would win against bets at the local pubs at knife throwing competitions. She just had a back for winning. Then words of marriage started floating around her head, words from her father complaining bout why his daughter wash`t marriaded yet. At 22 a young lady should be a married and having a couple children by now,but this rugged blacksmith was going to have none of that. It was time to leave her fathers nest now anyway, and this was the last straw.
Packing her strong stallion with as much as she could, Shauna kissed her father good by and headed off in this direction of the next closet town, claiming the their was an even better sworedsmaster in the next town over, and with that he let her leave but not without a small pendant of her mothers, which she now wears everywhere and ever so proudly. So within a couple of days, Shauna appeared in Nottingham, smaller then the town she last lived in,but it looked promising. It wash`t before long that she set up shop their, but no one wanted to by metal work from a woman, being slightly pissed Shauna headed to the local cloths shop and asked for a job their. Her seimtress work came in handy and soon enough, she built a strong good reputation their, that she was finally able to set up her blacksmithing business again after buying out a retired mans stall .
