Allan A'DayleThis is the tale of Allan A'Dayle And how he doth fare Minstrel Extraordinaire ------Hello Everyone! So as you can see, I play Allan. He is a minstrel so enjoys singing, telling tales, playing various instruments and so forth. Besides those hobbies he also enjoys drinking, hitting random things or people with his slingshot, serenading women, and impersonating other people. He's a jovial fellow, never taking anything too serious and is rather carefree, constantly having a joke or two [or three or four] to tell. As I am starting off, I am looking for just about anything for plots: friends, enemies, frienemies... its completely open! I am looking forward to posting with anyone who would be interested in a thread! Thank you and hope to role play with you all soon!

You need a thread with Robin. I loved these two guys in that Camelot show. Maybe we can steal some of that to toss into our guys. If you want a thread I can run some ideas out. Just let me know if you want to start at the first meeting or a later event or what not. And if you want haha or serious.

Allan A'DayleThis is the tale of Allan A'Dayle And how he doth fare Minstrel Extraordinaire ------That would be great Robin! I would definitely be interested in a thread with the ring leader of the merry men... which is such an absurd sounding sentence but anyways. I think it would be fun to start with their first meeting, maybe have something a bit crazy and unconventional. Just to get a feel of how their interactions would be. And then maybe at some point, a thread when he's officially part of Robin's band, aka, the point where Robin can not get rid of him. What are your ideas that you have? I would love to hear them! And thank you immensely for the offer for a thread.

Lets see, we can have them in a bit of trouble and let them get out of it. Do something funny like have them in the right place at the wrong time and being chanced. Or maybe even almost locked up together.

Allan A'DayleThis is the tale of Allan A'Dayle And how he doth fare Minstrel Extraordinaire ------HAHA I love the idea of them being chased! Maybe they can end up somewhere like a church or something. Oh! Maybe one [or both?] of them could impersonate a priest? Haha, oh man. That right there is the recipe for disaster!

Ever see Zorro? 'I broke the the fourth commandment' -- 'You kill somebody?' We could so something like that. Have them both hiding and one in the Priest box and one in confession. You can pick which place you want.

Allan A'DayleThis is the tale of Allan A'Dayle And how he doth fare Minstrel Extraordinaire ------Ahh I love that movie! And that is one of my favorite scenes from that movie... lets go for it! Since Allan is a chatterbox, maybe he can be the one trying to confess non stop, if only to keep Robin there. Maybe later we can switch it up or something by the time the guards come in? Let me know if that works, oh and would you like to start it or would you prefer me to?

Hey there! I'd love to have a thread with Allan, if you're up for it! Marian could definitely use some cheering up, she's not very happy in Nottingham and I think a nice melody might really help her maintain her sanity. Perhaps they could run into one another in the market? Does he ever sing for coin on street corners and the like, or would that draw too much notice for his status as an outlaw? I'm open to other ideas, too, of course, just let me know what you think! I'm looking forward to hearing back from you! ^^

Allan A'DayleThis is the tale of Allan A'Dayle And how he doth fare Minstrel Extraordinaire ------Hello Marian! A thread with you sounds wonderful! Poor thing! If she needs some cheering up, then Allan can definitely sing her a song... or two, or three! He actually does sing for coin! Well, before he joined Robin and his crew. So the market would certainly work if we want it to take place before he met Robin! If we want it a bit later on, then they could always meet somewhere random in the woods? If she seemed distressed or something, Allan would probably just randomly offer her a song! ... Especially since he likes trying to woo the ladies by showing off his musical talent. Sad, but oh so true. So if she looked upset or something, he'd definitely approach her. Let me know if you have a preference because I'm good with either scenario! I'm greatly looking forward to it, and thank you kindly for offering a thread with Allan!

Excellent! Sounds like a great plan. I think that Marian isn't going to arrive in Nottingham until after Robin has his gang set up, so having them meet in the woods is probably a better plan if he can't show his face in the town any longer. She could be going for a leisurely stroll/moping around the woods and he happens upon her? She might not be distressed, but she will be plenty woeful and in need of mirth.
